Our Prince Kuhio condominium is a charming one-bedroom unit that has been recently updated. This vacation retreat features slab granite counters, new carpet, new appliances and cookware, and a generous king bed. It is close to everything and a great place to come home to after a day of sight-seeing.
Spend your mornings watching the sunrise on the ocean-view lanai. Enjoy listening to the rustling of the palm trees and the breaking ocean waves. Take a stroll down the lane to the Shops at Kukui'ula, or walk across the street to one of the top snorkeling beaches on Kauai. There is a popular surf-break just off the point where you can try your hand at surfing, or just watch the local talent as they ride the waves.

Your home at Prince Kuhio is really sweet and was perfect for our needs. We appreciated how quiet it was, that it was next to a sacred site, right across from the beach, and the beauty of the grounds. We have probably a hundred pictures of all the flowers! We baked Ono, grilled steaks, had a beautiful sunset dinner at the Beach House, went diving with turtles, drove to all sides of the island, hiked to waterfalls, snorkeled, and sat on the beach for days soaking up sun. And, slept with the cool breeze listening to the waves washing up on the shore every night! We want to come back, and are already planning a trip for next year. We would love to stay in PK206 again! Perfect romantic getaway All I can say is the pictures of this place don't do it justice. It has so much character when you walk in I almost got tears of joy. The views from the back patio are just breathtaking each morning and evening. Mike and Colleen are super easy to get ahold of if you need recommendations of good eats or anything/ they respond right away. Parking was easy- if the lot was full we just parked in the garage right next to it. Across the street there’s a little beach house restaurant and killer view of the beach - although this isn’t the beach we hung out at the majority of the time, you might want to take a quick 2ish minute drive to Poipu down the street- but this is literally the best place to stay as it’s central to everything! Literally- you have restaurants, a Longs store, the beach, and downtown each within 5 minutes. As first timers to Kauai, this little place was the most perfect temporary home for us. br> Thanks again Mike and Colleen! 05/04/2021 |
