Owner's Comments

We have owned this condo since 1977. In December, 2006, we completely refurnished the unit and it is very efficient. The kitchen has all new appliances and is fully equipped (full-size stove, refer with ice maker, micro and dishwasher) with granite countertops, eating bar and table/chairs. Floors are tiled throughout. The bedroom is the BEST: king size bed with lots of storage and comfort. Our living room has seen it's last hide-a-bed. Instead, we have two twin sofas for your children but very comfortable for living room activities. The view is spectacular! Prince Kuhio Park is directly next door so you don't have to look at another building but a well kept park and ocean views. We are across the street from snorkeling, surfing, swimming with the turtles and occasional whale watching. The building has a fabulous tropical garden with koi pond and a swimming pool tucked away in the palms and private. There is an on-site BBQ area with picnic tables and on-site laundry facilities. Very good value. Car washing facilities are located near the garbage/recycle area.
